Thing's To Move, Inc. is situated on 7.2 commercial acres in Canton, Ohio (between Akron and New Philly). We are a full-service, heavy haul trucking company that specializes in handling over-dimensional, overweight, and out-of-gauge cargo.
Thing's To Move, Inc. was established in May of 1999 by Jim and Nadine Perry. While working for other trucking companies, Jim saw a demand for over-dimensional trucking and founded Thing's To Move, Inc. to provide transportation services in a specialized market. The company began with one truck, which Jim personally owned and operated. Nadine handled all of the administrative duties and, together they established a successful business with a great reputation.
In 2019, Thing's To Move, Inc. was purchased by Canton Towing, Inc. The president assigned his right-hand man, Phil Archibald as the lead facilitator of the heavy haul/super-load transport division. Phil and his team have invested their time specializing in handling specialized, over-dimensional hauling in the northeast region of the country. Things To Move, LLC. can handle complex movements of large equipment and machinery. Our skilled team can accommodate you by loading, securing, and hauling your large, heavy, and/or over-dimensional equipment. Thing's To Move, LLC. has completed thousands of specialized deliveries for the heavy construction, mining, manufacturing, public works, highway development, gas drilling, and power generation industries. Adding the towing component to our fleet, we now can offer our current customer base the resources of light, medium, Heavy-duty, and craine type services. Rather you need your car towed, or a 150,000-pound machine moved, we will be here to serve you with quality service you can depend on.
